Do I need any experience with yoga?
Not at all! My approach is specifically designed for beginners and those who may have had intimidating experiences with yoga in the past. We start exactly where you are and build from there.
What do I need for a private session?
Just comfortable clothes you can move in and a quiet space in your home. I bring all mats, props, bolsters, and anything else we might need. A living room with some floor space works perfectly.
I have physical limitations. Can I still do yoga?
Absolutely. My somatic and chair yoga training specifically prepares me to work with various physical limitations. We will modify everything to work with your body, not against it.
How do I register for the programs at YogaMCC?
The Somatic Strength and Healthy Aging programs are registered courses. Contact me directly and I can help you with registration details and availability for upcoming sessions.
Can you work with couples or small groups?
Yes! I love working with couples or small groups (2-4 people) who want to share the experience. It is a wonderful way to deepen relationships while supporting each other's wellness.
What about cancellation policy?
I understand life happens. I ask for at least a day's notice when possible, but I am flexible with genuine emergencies or health concerns. Your wellbeing always comes first.
